"RENEW THE UPDATE SERVICE" - Is there any way to get rid of this popup

Since switching from the SONY version of SOUNDFORGE to the MAGIX version (15) I keep getting an alert box ""RENEW THE UPDATE SERVICE" - Is there any way to get rid of this popup?!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. No matter how many times I click "INSTALL" it keeps popping up.

It's not blocked by Anti-Virus, I did a clean install after gutting it from the registry.

MAGIX appears to have absolutely no method of contacting them (which impacts my decision to ever purchase from them again) . Hoping someone out there has a solution for this one?

Using version 15

Thanks.

@John-Murray8461 Yeah, the forum seach function is the problem. If you use Google you'll find your answers immediately.

@John-Murray8461

Renew the Update Service is just a small utility that Magix uses to let you know if there is an update available for your product. Just run it and it will disappear.

Contacting Magix is simple. Support at the top of the forum, select the product, scroll to the bottom, select Contact Support, then you have a screen with 2 choices. It should be obvious which one to choose. It takes me 6 seconds to get to the form to fill in.

Uninstall 'Update Notifier', it is in “Program files> Common files> Magix”
