Reloading MMM-15 Premium

I've been trying to resolve issues with my MMM-15 Premium upgrade for the last month using tech support with no success.  I am missing content.  They keep giving me the same useless answer and now will not repond at all.

I see now that to be completely successful, the upgrade had to be carried out in a specific sequence.  Of course, I was never informed of this beforehand.

I would like to uninstall MMM-15 and do a complete reinstall, including the Premium upgrade.  Is this possible?  Has anyone done this successfully?

I am hesitant to do so just in case it would make the situation worse or cause me to lose my "rights" to the upgrade.

Hi,

no problem. I guess you have the original DVD including serial + the activation code for the upgrade.

You can reinstall the product, unlock it and unlock again the premium features. Important: You need the DVD, because some of the premium features are on it (additional sounds).

You will not lose any rights on your MMM....

Thanks Lazerboy.  You are correct to a point.

I got impatient and reinstalled it anyway.  Unfortunately, the uninstall does not remove ALL of the files completely. So, when I reinstalled, I was unable to reinitiate all of the features, like the ability to use my code to reinstall the Premium upgrade.

This morning, I spent an hour on the phone with tech support (finally).  We uninstalled the program and purged ALL of the remaining files so I could do a complete, clean reinstall. (Do a search for all file types using *musicmaker* and delete them.)

IMPORTANT:  Be sure you make back-up copies of all existing project files elsewhere on your computer before you delete anything!

Then I was able to properly reinstall the basic version AND reinstall the Premium upgrade.  Unfortunately, this did not solve my initial problem (missing content).

For some reason, my computer would not receive all of the sound files associated with the Premium upgrade.  To solve this, the gent at tech support is going to send me all of the missing content so I can place them in the proper soundpool files myself.
