ok i think i have made a decent track good enough to try and release.....i have used a few loops from the soundpool and have added my own beats made with the programs in-built song maker and beat box. my question is what are the 1st steps i should take and has anyone ever released a track using this program? do i need magix permission to release the track? this is a very un-clear area for me. oh and do any of you know if magix music maker is a good enough program to release tracks or should  i be using a more complex program?

If you've used only soundpool objects and original material, there will be no problem.  You can read many reponses to similar questions here...

Yes MAGIX Music Maker is more than sufficient a program to use for professional results.  The only question is your ability to use it to produce those results.

Show your work to the community... and we will tell you if you are ready...

P.S.:

You used the song maker... mmmh.

Daft Punk has even created an entire album with Magix.
Arrogant producers claim it is a crappy program.
But hey .... The final product must fit.
