Having rec'd my activation code and installed/tested the recording software, I attempted to save the track. I have the msg the software is is registered to another e-mail addy. This is likely due to my using another e-mail addy to access the test version. I initially got an e-mail to that, but the actual activation codes came to my home e-mail. There was something about the initial e-mail already existing. How the devil do I get this rectified without calling Germany?

Look in the Magix Service Center, "My Products" page using either email log-in to find which is associated with particular email used initially when registering. SF can be activated on two (2) PCs simultaneously, if another is wanted, one will need to deactivate one of the two and activate the new one.

If all else fails contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team which handles registration and activation issues.
