Registrierung des MP4-Codec funktioniert nicht

Hello,

I purchased Video Deluxe 2022 from a retailer, installed and registered it (Windows 10 Home, Build 19045; x64-based PC with a 2010 Core i5).

Unfortunately, I am unable to use the software properly because I can't download the MP4 codec (error code -24). The software claims that the registration number has been used on another device. However, this is not the case, as I unsealed the packaging myself.

Could the issue be related to having another Magix product registered with a different email address on the same computer?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to delete old products from the online profiles (nor delete the old profile itself...). This whole process is incredibly cumbersome!

I urgently need the program to edit a video for an anniversary. I would greatly appreciate any support.

Hi and welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately these are run and used by users only with no Magix staff present to help.

You will need a download link to obtain the file needed so I suggest getting into contact with Magix directly either through your Magix account for your products or via email at infoservice@magix.net. As the program itself seems to be working then the retailer can't help which would normally be the way to deal with problems with items not bought at the Magix store. I also assume that as you need this as a separate download that your copy is not of a recent version. If you have successfully registered your copy to your Magix account and it is showing then Magix should help.
