I purchased Sound Forge upgrade but have not received a confirmation email or registration activation number.

Assuming Sound Forge was purchased from Magix, have you checked your spam and junk mail folders? it is not uncommon for Magix (and other companies) messages to end up there.
If you still cannot find it, email Magix Customer Service with your purchase information; shop@magix.net .
