I have Sound Forge Audio 12.6 as part of a package purchased. I did not get a serial number for this software and cannot run it. How do I obtain a serial number?

Did you check the email you would have received confirming the purchase of the package? Usually, it would be included there.
If it is not there you will need to email infoservice@magix.net, including your email address and order number and ask them for assistance.

First, check your Spam and/or Junk email, otherwise contact the seller. If it was purchased directly from Magix (recommended), request support from Customer Service or email them at infoservice@magix.net.
