Refund please.

Magix Maker would not download, then after 4 hours of the downloader being opened it started. Next it took 3 attempts to install it. It doesn't connect with the store reliably. I got multiple warnings every folder couldn't be made. So, I had to make every folder as it installed. That took forever. The program crashes a lot. After spending all evening making a song, it will export the song and kill the ability for any other app to play sound. So, after a lot of patience and cuss words too. I try to open the song I made, and the programs just hangs forever. Please refund my money. I feel it is fair. I really wanted to relieve my old Acid days. I will try the subscription software Acid 365, because I hope that still works great like it did in the past. I'll even take a credit towards it. But please let me refund this product.
