refund and credit account dissatisfied with product

originally I had downloaded the free version of Music Maker, then on November 29th, of 2021 purchase what was said to be the Music Maker Premium Version my account was charged a total of $64.98 cents after following instructions for download It failed to register the new premium version but instead remained the free basic version. Non of the unlimited or free loops or demo's were available and it has continued to be an extreme disappointment and for those reasons I am request a full refund and credit back into by Bank account as soon as possible. Did you enter the supplied serial number for the upgrade you purchased, on the upper right hand side of the initial screen you see when the app opens? If you did, did you then also download and install ALL the additional content that would then have been available to you?
