I am having to many problems with Video Pro 14 it doesn't work on my second monitor, and it locks up when I try to preview my movie I have a I9 intel processor with a rtx 2080 nividia graphics card
Please provide details about your hardware. Which CPU is used and which Graphics Card type.

Mostly it is due to outdated hardware or wrong drivers.
Are you seeking help with the problems you are seeing with VPX14? If so, please do as @Marc-Goder has requested; the more information you give us the more likely we are to be able to help you.
If you are requesting a refund, please remember these are user to user forums so no-one who posts here can assist in any way with a refund.
Depending on how long it is since you purchased VPX14 you may be entitled to a refund but you need to email infoservice@magix.net to request one.

Your computer spec is virtually identical to mine and VPX 14 works fine on dual monitors:
As @Marc-Goder, has suggested are the UHD 630 and RTX 2080 drivers up to date the current versions are 31.0.101.3790/31.0.101.2114 and 527.37 (31.0.15.2737).
Is Windows set to Extend as shown in the image below ( this is Windows 11, 10 will be similar):
In the Program, Device options tab are the Import, processing and Export options all set to the RTX 2080.
Does working with dual monitors work when, in VPX, you select Window, Windows Arrangement, Multi monitor with maximised arranger ?
