I purchased a Vegas Movie Studio and have never been able to download the player. Now, it's stating my voucher code has already been redeemed, however I have no software ever. Please advise as I need to edit some videos I have taken.

Vegas products, with the exception of Magix Movie Studio 18 and later versions, have their own forum see the Important Posts here.
There should also be a link to the correct forum under Help in the program.
I would suggest you post your question there.
If you mean Magix Movie Studio 2023 and the redemption voucher was for the program you download the trial version and activate it with the serial number you would have received by email after redeeming the code.
Otherwise we need more information on what product or add on you are referring to.
This topic will remain open until you confirm your are using the Vegas Movie Studio.
