Hi

. . . . to capture video in avi format . . . . trying to capture in mpeg format . . .

Do you mean you are playing these video file formats on the computer and trying to capture them using the Record button?

We also need more information:

  1. Windows version?

  2. If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from Windows 7 or 8.

  3. Do you mean MEP 15 or MEP 2015 and which version - Basic, Plus or Premium?

  4. What are you trying capture video from, eg screen, video recorder, video camera, webcam, Youtube etc ?

  5. Are you using a USB capture device if you are capturing from video recorder or camera?
