Reactivate my program

I checked my computer and the Magix Music Studio 2013 program deactivated. When I activated it again it no longer accepts my series (number) I would like to activate again. I've tried it several times and it does not work. I would like you to help me. Thank you.

Excuse me. I'll detail the subject: I have my Music Studio 2013 installed on my computer. But ... I can not release the license. It asks to activate and when I do, says that I need to look for the CustomerService to solve. I installed this program online when I bought it. So I do not have a CD that contains the key. I have the same problem with mm 15 on the same date. It says its the wrong serial. and computer ID but when i chech my download order its there. How odd.
