When you try to activate online are you getting a message that you have exceeded your allowed number of activations?
If so you need to contact Magix and explain what has happened and ask them to reset the activation counter.
If the new laptop is running Windows 8 then the firewall may be blocking MEPs access to the Internet - if so try re-installing the software and select the Repair option when offered.
If none of the above - check that your serial number is correct by going to the Magix website - magix.com - and on the home page click My Account - top right - and login using the email address and password you used when you first registered the software.
Select My Products from the left side of the page when you are logged in - this will take to a page with your registered products and serial numbers.
What is your question or is this a request for Magix to reactivate your software?
John
