    Hi.

The program "Music Maker" wasn´t working properly om my computer, so I used the option "repair". But now it says that I have to wait 1 month, before I can use the program, because I have to activate again?

This can't be right - I bought the program to be able to use it!

You have got to have an immidiatly solution for me

Hi,

Did you try using the program? Does it work?

What the message means is that you can't move the program to another device for a month. You must have changed something on your system to cause the Device Management program to determine that you "moved" the program to another device.

See this thread. MMM2015 uses the same licensing verification program as MEP.

I know that I can only switch computer once in a month.

1 week after buying the program, I also bought a new computer, and therefor I have waited for 3 weeks to be able to use the program.

However, efter installation, the soundpool was empty. and I therefor tried the repair option. After running that, I was asked to register again. When I do, a pop-up window informs me that the program is already activated on the very same computer, and that I have to wait for one month to de-activate it. After that I have only 1 option, which is ti click the button; "Exit program"

What if I un-install the program, and install it again (still on the same computer)?

Hi,

The Soundpools weren't there probably because you didn't download and install the Free addons, if you did, then you didn't click on add and give the path.

I doubt that you will have any success by reinstalling the program because the device is registered with Magix.

You can raise a ticket with them on the Magix site explaining what happened and they may be able to help you.

Did you download and install the free addons before running repair?
