I am shooting in AVCHD TXP 17mbps, I heard that playback freezes if you go higher than 17mbps constant. Is the 3-D bluray specification the same as the AVCHD TXP 17mbps format? If I make a Blu-ray disc with MEP 2013 will it play on stand-alone Blu-ray 3-D players?

My goal is distribution on Blu-ray 3-D.
