Question about uploading songs made with loops

So i have a question about uploading songs created in music maker to platforms such as Soundcloud. Is it okay to upload to soundcloud or not and if not where can i upload songs made with the software safely, and can i use them in a non-commercial game and release said game to people?

No - the standard non commercial licence is for personal use only.
