I am currently on a trial of Sound Forge Audio Studio 13.0 to determine whether to purchase it for vinyl ripping. Capturing and laying out tracks goes just fine, but I can't find a way to split the full file into individual tracks for encoding to MP3.
There was something for this in the previous version of Audio Studio 12, but they've either buried it or taken it out entirely, which doesn't really make a whole lot of sense. I've tried ripping through the Vinyl Restoration Wizard (?), but something seems to be putting intermittent beeping into the audio file. As it stands now, I can record just fine, but I have to do the actual splitting elsewhere, which is annoying.
I know this feature has to be in the program somewhere (the manual actually refers to the procedure used for 12.0, "Export Regions," but that option isn't where it should be on 13.0 if it was actually included.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I really do like the program apart from this issue...
