purchased the Premium 2019, but the program is still the old one

Hi all,

I've had installed a previous and free version of MMM in the past.

Today I've purchased the Premium version 2019 and installed on top of it.

However, the program looks like the old previous version I had before, and a lot of new features are not shown.

I've already activated the software with the provided serial number. I can download the purchased soundpool collections, instruments, etc. but the features of the program are the same as before. The version shown in the "Help-->About Music Maker" dialog is: 27.0.0.16

What should I do in order to use the Premium 2019 version ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Sergio

You also have to download under the Store and install many of the features for Plus/Premium. Did you do this?

The only difference between the free version and the others is that after activating, you download and install everything to which you are entitled. See the version comparison table on the Magix.com site.
