Purchase Error

Hello I've been trying to buy magix music maker for a few weeks but every time i go to purchase a bundle at the check out i get an error every time. I've provided a picture of the error. I've contacted my bank and they are not flagging it as a fraudulent charge so there's nothing my bank is doing to prevent the transaction from happening. If someone could help me with a solution or a number for magix support id be very thankful. I just want to purchase the program lol. Yes there are sufficient funds in my account as well.

Hi,

Do you live in the USA? If not, then this could be the cause and you have to purchase in the region that you live in.

@Benjamin-Russo You bank also needs to support 2-factor authentication.
