program requesting new activation following Windows 11 installation

I have just recently installed Window 11 and I like it, mostly. When I tried to start SoundForge 14 it asked for my serial numbers. Entering the number from my email of last year started a cascade of error about bad numbers. error number 24 was one of the codes. So far no answers from Magix so I thought I would take a chance here before looking for new software.

Have you seen this page where Magix explains about the error code 24? Does it help if you follow the suggestions made there?

Your Sound Forge serial code and the email address are paired, You must use the email address that was used when you originally registered and activated your product. It may be different than the address you use to login to this forum.

Thank you for the suggestions. In the end I re-installed the software package and all works perfectly now. I did the same with the two other programs from Magix. Things are happy again.
