Program giving out errors and crashing when "searching for faces"

I'm using the option to "Search for faces" on MAGIX Photo Manager Deluxe and after 30 pictures (out of a total of 3000) it starts giving out the following errors:

"No global memory in MyAllocGlobalPtr for type 30"

"No global memory in MyAllocGlobalPtr for type 31"

and after a while a Runtime Error and the program just crashes.

 

I have a Ryzen 7 2700X, 16GB RAM, An RX 5500 XT (if that is even of any use) and Windows 10

Hi

Are there RAW files present in the folder(s) being searched? If so the issue may be caused by RAW file format.
