Products purchased not showing after email changed

I had no access to old email address when I changed it to a new email address. Now none of my software bought shows. I need to talk to someone. Magix support email and phone number (US) not found. Even online chat would be nice. I need someone to find my products using old email address(es) and transfer them to new email address. I also need some info for another problem but later on it. Any help on this one?
