See the Magix support page for activations and such, if a solution cannot be found there and serial code still does not activate SF, you will need to contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team, which handles registration and activation issues.
This is a users forum and no one here, including the moderators, has access to Magix products serial numbers and customer info.
