You are better off just downloading the product as there will usually be updates in the course of a version number. As I recall, SFP-14 had seven or eight updates.. not counting the beta test versions.

If you really want it on a data DVD for back-up, after installing, burn the "installationsmanager" folder in "Documents> Magix Downloads" to a data DVD. The installationsmanager folder will have the unpacked installer files. or you just copy the folder to another drive somewhere. And avoid burning a disc

Hi @JohnMike-McCall...the thing is, even the program disc only contains the .exe file and then proceeds to install the program from the web...so either way, it's the same thing. It's better off just downloading the link they send you (in my opinion).
