Product self De-activates my license...

I've reacently purchased Music Maker 2021 and the product keeps on crashing and then de-activating my license.. I would imagine that I've probably reached the limit of my activation code even though it's because the program keeps going back to the "FREE" state and I can't use my tracks now. How do I get the program to STAY ACTIVATED?????

It won't let me activate it anymore and I've only bought it a few weeks ago.. very frustrating.

I think this is a problem you need to raise direct with Magix Support, via this page. Although other users have experienced problems related to logging into the Store, I don't remember anyone raising this specific issue, which may be unique to your system.

Once the ticket has been raised you are likely to be asked to download and run the Magix SysCheck utility, which, when finished , sends a great deal of data about your computer's hardware and software direct to Magix Support, which they can use to help diagnose the problem and suggest a solution.
