Sound Forge Pro 365 did not auto-renew after 1 year(contract states it would be extended automatically after 1 year), possibly credit card had expired and needed updating. I updated credit card on account, but still cannot run/use product.
This is a users forum and no one here can access Magix customer information.
Take a look at your account in the Magix Service Center > My Products, if something is not right, contact Magix Customer Service via email: infoservice@magix.net
