I purchased Music Maker from Best Buy, however, the box contents did not contain a product code to download and only an instruction manual. Please advise how to resolve.

This seems a regular thing with Best Buy. The answer is to contact Best Buy.

Did you check bottom of your receipt, back of box or a peel away sticker, or check disc sleeve?

check your email and spam folder.
