How do I contact someone to sort out this problem!!??
I've entered the correct email and registration code but it's says that it is already registered!?
These are user to user forums and there is no-one you can contact directly to sort out this problem, sorry!
However, we fellow-users may have some ideas to help you.
First, is this a new purchase for you? If so, where exactly did you purchase it from?
With the answers to these questions we should be able to proceed further.

I have literally just purchased the photostory delux (2022) edition from this site and received my email with order number details, download link and the serial number. I have logged in to my account and under "My products" it shows the same information with 2 activation slots saying "not in use".
I previously registered a trial copy that I deleted.
Then I think the only suggestion any fellow-user can make is to email infoservice@magix.net, giving full details of the problem, and ask for their help.

I've sorted the problem. Although it's registered with my personal email the activation email needed to be the one I used to make the paypal purchase.

From the vendors viewpoint, it is the email address supplied by PayPal that is used to avoid potential fraud if the product was purchased under one email address and paid for through PayPal using a different email address.

Understood. I suspect that's at least partly why I use my personal email address for my PayPal account. It does save a lot of hassle!
