I installed proDAD Hide 1.5 and applied the Coupon Code I received when I upgraded to Movie Edit Pro 18, without incident.
However, I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my workstation and tried to enter that same Coupon Code and the Unlock button never changes from red to green, i.e. it's not accepting the code.

Normally registration of of supplied third party effects involves also opening accounts with the plugin providers. Reactivation or activation can be confirmed at that user account. I would look there first to see if your current activation is valid.

I am having the same problem. ProDAD reset my Hide license key for the reinstallation and I was able to install and activate Hide as a standalone application, but Magix Video Pro X14 still gives the error message of "This coupon code has already been redeemed." when attempting to activate the license key for ProDAD Hide that was issued by Magix. If Hide is activated by ProDAD as a standalone application, does it also need to be activated separately by Magix to use with Magix Video Pro X14? When I purchased Video Pro X14 from Magix, I was given two separate license keys for ProDAD Hide, one to activate from Magix and one to activate from ProDAD. I already sent a message to Magix technical support but it's been over a week and I haven't received any reply.

ProDad Hide is a stand alone application only. It will not open within a video editor. It is extremely resource hungry. I have no idea how you ended up with two keys for it. I suspect one is invalid.
