Problems with my instruments

Hi! I was wondering if anyone here could help me with the problem I'm having. I was using Music Maker some time ago, and I had purchased several instruments there, but I ended up uninstalling the whole program. A few days ago I installed it again, and as I log into my account, there seems to be no instruments available that I had already purchased before. It says they are locked, and in order to use them I would need to purchase them again. Well, I think there has to be some other way to get back those instruments that I had. What should I do here?

@Veera When was "some time ago"? Years ago? Have you bought them in the Music Maker in-app-shop or years ago in the Magix web shop? Is your account the same?
