Problems to save to computer, Magix Video saver.

Get the item yesterday. Works fine to save to dvd, but not to computer: Win 10 64 bit. When saving there is a message, cant save.

When saving, the "quality" window is blank maybe that is the problem? There shall be a choice about compression. Hope you can help med with this problem

Which program are you using please? There is no program called Magix Video Saver that I can find.

Even a screen grab may help.
