Problems adding tracks

I have Music Maker Plus Edition (2019)

When i go to File/setting/Project settings

i can select only 4 or 8 tracks there is no more

i have activadet the product from Help/Activate Edition. i can see my serial number and check mark

Then i click Store and the cog (options) and "Download All Purchased content" and theres nothing

Am i doing something wrong? or am i looking from the wrong place?

Press ctrl + i to add new tracks to your project.

You find this function under Edit->track->add new track

That suggests the program is still running as the Free version.

Try logging out of the Store, restart Music Maker and then log back in to the Store again.

This should fix the number of tracks available and any 'missing' extras that you have not noticed.

Hi,

Make sure that you are logged in to the Store; you're email address should show up above the Media Pool.

Go to Store, Features, More Tracks & Formats and click on the "i" at the bottom right of the icon. Does it say acquired? Or does it list a price?
