Problem with Slow Motion footage replay on DVD using Magix Movie Edit Pro 2014

I've been having a problem lately with footage in slow motion. It works fine on the computer when I'm editing it in Magix Movie Edit Pro 2014 but when I burn the film onto DVD and play it on a DVD player, the slow motion footage does not play smoothly but is staggered... Any suggestions on what I could try to resolve this problem? Used to work fine, have recently changed computer which runs on Windows 8. Would this affect this feature?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Hi

Assuming you used the Effects, Video Effects, Speed control - did you check the Interpolate intermediate images option, shown below.

Without this the playback is not smooth.

If you are not referring to the Speed effect then please give ,ore details on what you are actually mean by . . . the slow motion footage . . . and how you are achieving it..
