Problem with Samplitude pro X4 suite on Windows 10 pro 64 bit

Dear Sirs,

I have a serious problem with Windows 10 pro 64bit,
Presented to me only with the Samplitude pro X4 suite:
When I go to close the program or run a function
(eg burn a cd), the program closes automatically,
It displays a blue screen with the indication PEN LIST CORRUPT and automatically restarts.
Because it does it repeatedly, I can not work.

Are you aware there is a dedicated forum for Samplitude and Sequoia here? I suspect you may receive more useful help if you register at and repost there.

@METAXIA-KALAMPAKA7170 This could be a drivers problem. Are your drivers all up to date? There is software like Snappy Driver Installer that checks your system and tries to update all old drivers to current versions. Maybe this will help. Be sure to make a complete system backup before trying this in case something goes wrong.
