Problem with my Vegas Pro17 in Audio importing after windows update.

I am using the SONY Vegas Pro 17 and recently I was having trouble with my audio importation after I downloaded the Windows update version that is available in my license software. Do you have any upgrade solution using my Sony Vegas Pero 17 video editing software so that everything wil go back to NORMAL after having the windows update version? The audio that my daughter is experiencing in her ASUS Gaming laptop seems to have a a very inaudible sound using the mp4 music audio after importing and using it as my sound effects and background music in my video project as a Film Making student. Please let me know the solution/s to this problem. THANKs !!

Hi,

See this Important Post at the top of the forum for redirection to the Vegas forum.

If you actually have SONY Vegas Pro 17, then you either have a pirated version or you should be on a Sony forum. As far as I am aware, there is no SONY Vegas Pro 17. There is Vegas Pro 17, but it's not from Sony.

NO, I am a license USER of Sony video editing software for the past 10 years now and that is the reason why I am here requesting for assistance on the problem i encountered recently.

@caloy-lazaro

Absolutely. It's a branding issue and the people on the Vegas forum are sensitive to this. So, go and post on the Vegas forum but do not mention Sony unless you are talking about Sony Vegas 13 and before. Just use Vegas Pro 17.
