I have both Webdesigner premium and Xara Photo and graphic designer Latest versions

(Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 18.5.0.62892  DL x64 Aug 11 2021 this functions perfectly)
I am specifically having problems with the Xara Web Designer Premium 18.5.0.62892  DL x64 Aug 11 2021
Running Latest windows 10 Pro on Asus Laptop 64 bit

Problem: I an not able to flip graphics or skew objects Flip tool Icons not responding
I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still have the problem. Function works in version 17
Please advise what to do next
