Problem with an virtual instrument

I have Samplitude Music studio 25.0.0.32 (DP3) with many virtual instruments.

All the instruments work properly except Church organ (which is included in Music studio).

When I read some midi files with Church organ I have no sound. However I have sound when recording .

Can you help me fix this problem?

I have Windows 10 (64)

Check that you have the associated .dll in your VST folder and check your instrument folder - it might be missing.I've downloaded an excellent Magix vst for organ sounds. Check their store. It could be that you are using the Windows midi sound when recording.
