problem reinstalling magix movie edit pro premium

After upgrade to win11 and then back to win10 i can't reinstall magix movie edit pro premium 2021 . I keep getting the following error - the path ' c\user\m lamprecht\app data\ local\temp\mgxhhl62gq0\product\video_deluxe_2021_premium__setup_x64ms - cannot be found.

This sound like the upgrade downgrade has either:

Left the Windows installation is an inconsistent state - see this tutorial on how to check the Windows installation.
The user account profile may be corrupted - see this Microsoft article - My computer is in a workgroup section.
