PROBLEM OPENING THE MAGIX MUSIC MAKER 16 PRIMIUM TRIAL VERSION

after i successefully installed the trial version ,,extended it for 30 days ,,when i had the main magix page opened ,,i coudnt use any of the instruments and everything else,,i keep having a dialogue box that tells me

: the file H:/Documents and setting / all users documents/magix ext........has been deleted or moved and can not be used ,,,please can you help me through this step by step knowing the fact that i uninstalled the first one when it didnt work wich was the magix music maker 16 basic ,,then i installed again the primium version for trial from your website,,,but the same thing keeps happening,,,,please show me how to solve this problem ,,i wanna buy the softwear but i cant untill i try it ,, please help me thanx a lot in advance ,,i saw a tutorial about the softwear ,,it really rocks if it does work for me ,,,sincerly yours   DJSTRIKE

First, this is not MAGIX support, this is a user to user area so we may not have all these types of technical answers.

 

Personally I think you need to install the program on the C drive, this H drive may not be mapped in a way the MAGIX Trial version can use, therefore it cannot find where the files were stored as it may have mapped things to the C drive, and programs (x86) directories. since the call for the items are not in the correct directory as the trial is written, it cannot pull from that sources.

 

So, my suggestion is to install to the main C directory and make sure you have admin rights.
