Problem after installing new patches

KENNETH-TINGEY wrote on 4/26/2021, 12:16 PM

I just updated Magix to the most current patch and my synthesizer plugins do not work. I get a message that the libraries.xml file cannot be opened. I looked up the file in question and it is libraries.xml. I change the name and it doesn't fix it. Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall the plugins?

The machine has 29 gb of free space. The file in question on the machine is library.xml, not libraries.xml. I changed the name to no effect.

Thank you

What was the full name and version that you updated to the latest patch?

@KENNETH-TINGEY You can try to unistall the Vita instruments via the Content and Soundpools uninstaller and reinstall them from the shop. Maybe this will help.

Thank you, John. I have attached the info screen. It says 29.0.6.38. I hope that represents the patch level.
