I am attempting to buy Samplitude Pro X8 online for use in Windows 11 (on an HP EliteDesk computer), but have been stuck when trying to pay with credit card, as they are asking about the security code. Is it the three-number sequence on the back of the card?
I ask because every time I put it through, it informs me:
"The order process could not be completed. Please check the details you entered. If these errors should re-appear, please try again later."
And, going back to the "confirm purchase":
"An error occurred during payment. Please try again later or switch to a different payment method."
I am not too keen on paying with a debit card.
