Premium Loops & Copyright

Hello,I have read Sebastian's article about copyright and usage of magix music maker loops and I need to ask you if that applies to Magix premium products ? I was thinking about purchasing magix music maker 2020 premium along with the samplitude software that goes with your offer and obviously the whole package comes along with many loops and soundpools and after years of doing amateur acoustic guitar covers on my YouTube I want to get into creating my own music and beats too and songs and lyrics but where do I stand if I buy magix music maker premium 2020 and also your samplitude software and create songs with those loops am I liable for copyright from magix and do I need to apply for a licence when I've already paid for the software and the loops and soundpools ?

I have bought acoustica mixcraft Pro 8 and FL studio but I really do like the ease and simplicity of magix music software and have magix music maker jam on my Android S9 plus and have bought but least 20 packs but I'm talking about your windows software so if you could answer my question about the music maker premium software with all the samples and loops that it comes with concerning own compositions and copyright I would surely appreciate that because it would be pointless me buying your software it would be pointless if magix software company are going to copyright me if I use those loops and soundpools in my own songs.

Thank you

@Former user

Welcome to the Magix forums.

First, have you read this pinned post at the head of this forum?

If you have then I think you will understand that Magix offers two types of "licence" for its soundpools etc. Those which are installed "automatically" with the purchase of any relevant software (Samplitude, Music Maker, etc., etc.) are available for use ONLY in non-commercial productions. The "licence" for such use is granted automatically by your purchase of the software.

If you wish to use any of them in a "commercial" environment, e.g. you intend to sell your work or otherwise make money from it, you need the full Commercial/Professional licence for each soundpool, loop or sample that you wish to use.
