I ordered the Resue Your Videotapes program direct from Magix but the program would not capture audio from the tapes. The same tapes worked fine in my Movie Edit Pro 15 so I know it was not my computer. I called their number listed on the package slip and it was not a working number. I shipped it back with a note explaining the problem and the only response from Magix is that it was an unauthorized return. They are keeping it and not even offering to send me a new program or refund/credit. I sent a second inquiry and they just replied with the original email. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This pretty much ends my relationship and future purchases from this company. I even mentioned all this in their customer satisfaction survey and no replies. Curious if this type of service is common with this company?
Poor customer service - very disappointed!
