Plugin purchased but no email arrived to activate it

Last night, I purchased a plugin that allows me to load a 4k 60fpm video from my GoPro on to the edit line in Movie Edit Pro Plus. Magix accepted my money from PayPal but has not sent me the promised email that would provide me the activation code (it has been several hours). I assumed this would be an automated process as it states a 5-min timeline for an email response. How do I contact the appropriate department responsible for fulfilling their duty? I am ready with the Order Number. Thank You.

@Sean-McConnell

Hi Sean, and welcome to the user to user forums.

I'm not aware of a plugin from Magix that caters specifically for the Go Pro camera system. Would you be referring to the HEVC wrapper? If so that is only needed for exporting to HEVC and not importing. The importing HEVC wrapper can be found on the Windows Website here. Why two separate wrappers? I have no idea.

If it is a plugin, what is it called please?

For your receipt, have you checked your spam folder? If so and you can't find it there then you can contact Magix at infoservice@magix.net with your payment details.

If it is the HEVC wrapper then although the program will then allow the files to be viewed and edited, results can vary as Go-Pro camera footage has in the past been notoriously difficult to edit on non Apple machines due to the very high compression methods used.

Ray.

Hi

Did you check your email Spam folder - they sometimes end up there.

If no email, contact Magix at infoservice@magix.net giving them as much info as possible.
