@Kaiius Make sure you are logged in with the exact same account. If there are any problems with logging in try to click on the button to clean up the store in the Music Maker program settings.

I have done that many times without any success. The problem started when I updated my MMM2023 to the latest version.

You can usually uninstall anything through Windows Apps and Features. To uninstall Vita Instruments please select Magix Content and Soundpools. You'll then get a list where you can select what you want to uninstall.
@Kaiius The last thing to try is to reset the program settings under the File > Settings menu.
In case this also doesn't help I suggest you create a technical support ticket. Click on the SUPPORT link at top of this page and then select your product. On the next page scroll down until you can click on Contact Support and create your ticket.

Did you manage to make it work? I have the same problem with DN-e1 VST Instrument, already tried almost everything except for Windows reinstall
@JustRaccoon Have you tried to uninstall it? You open Windows Apps and Features and uninstall Magix Content and Soundpools. There you can select the instrument that's not working. After it has been uninstalled start Music Maker again and redownload it.
