@ROBERTO-MARTIN

Hi and welcome to the forum

We need more information on the issue you are having.

Assuming you have the NewBlue installers downloaded and they run, are you getting any error messages when the install fails? If so what are they - a screenshot would help.

Your computer specification, Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) your are working with if this is a laptop.

I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

Hi John! I appreciate your help (I'm sorry, I had to use google translator because I understand little English, I only speak Portuguese, Spanish and French.)

The information about my computer is in my profile signature, but I was careful to make sure my video card drivers were up to date. The installation of New Blue Stylizer 5 and New Blue Essentials 5 Ultimate plug-ins showed error messages saying that Magix Video did not allow the recording of files, I uninstalled Magix 16 that I had on the computer and the messages no longer appeared, but the problem remains the same, at the end of the installation it recommends restarting the program to complete the installation, but when I restart the plug ins go back to the beginning, as if they were not installed. The sequence of photos below shows this.

Look at the side bar (two tone grey vertical strip to the right) where the plugin icons show in your last two images.

The last image shows a gap that was not there before.

Use that bar to scroll down. The plugins should be showing there.

Ray.

Hi.

I'm not sure I follow. That always shows like that even when the plugins are installed and working.

They all do.

Are you saying that if you highlight a clip and then double left click on one of the effects boxes you point to it doesn't get applied or even appears?

Ray.

Roberto, there is a bug with Newblue Essentials: it won't install, leaving you with the continual download arrow.

You may been having the same issue discussed here:

https://www.magix.info/us/forum/movie-studio-2023-newblue-essentials-will-not-activate--1309850/

All my forum comments are based on or refer to my System 1.

My struggle is over! I built my (now) system 2 in 2011 when DV was king and MPEG 2 was just coming onto the scene and I needed a more powerful system to cope. Since then we've advanced to MP4 and to bigger and bigger resolutions. I was really suffering, not so much in editing (with proxies) but in encoding, which just took ages. A video, with Neat Video noise reduction applied, would encode at 12% of film speed. My new system 1 does the same job at 160% of film speed. Marvellous. I'm keeping my old system as a capture station for analogue video tapes and DV.
