Hi so i downloaded this today- my main aim is to loop this sound but i can't import it off my documents/files/computer. It's an .m4a- i'm not experienced in this and i don't know how to change it. I'm getting really frustrated as i only have a limited amount of time to do create 3 separate loops and i cannot access it.

Additionally- once i've made these loops and i save them can i play these on a device that does not have magix music maker 2016?

Hi

You are getting this error message because Music Maker does not support the m4a audio format.

Supported audio formats are: WAV, MP3, OGG Vorbis, WMA

You will need to convert the files using and audio converter to one of the above formats.

. . . once i've made these loops and i save them can i play these on a device that does not have magix music maker 2016? . . .

Only if you export the loops as an audio file eg mp3, WAV, OGG etc.  MP3 is the most universally supported format.
