Please Help. I get error code: -24. I bought Movie Studio 17 Platinum from Sweetwater Music. It was working fine. I had to reset my HP Envy computer (Win10) and then tried to re-install. As far as I can tell [?], I am using the same email address and serial number. Please straighten out this problem. Thank you - Tom
