Playstation three question?

I can't get a blu-ray to work on a playstation 3 that was burned on movie edit pro xm, movie edit pro 2013 and the new video pro x5? I need help because I have clients that can't play them on there playstation 3. Any help would be great. Thanks

You have not responded to the question that was asked by emmrecs ie

In addition to the above question:

Wwhat settings are you using in the Burn dialog?

What make and type of disc are you using?
